I got addicted to drugs at Sheen`s party: Courtney Love

London: Rocker Courtney Love has claimed that her addiction to heroin started during a wild party at Hollywood hellraiser Charlie Sheen`s house.

The 46-year-old rocker, who has battled drug and alcohol addiction for many years, said that she tried heroin as a teenager but was not a regular user. However, the `Hole` frontwoman said that she started using the drug regularly after being encouraged by a friend to "shoot up" during a party at Sheen`s former home in Malibu, reported the Daily Star online. "One night, my boyfriend at the time, who was working for Ben Stiller, took me to this star-studded party at Charlie Sheen`s house in Malibu. Tom Cruise was there, and Madonna, and my friend Jennifer Finch, who used to be the lead singer of L7. "At some point Jennifer, who has been very clean for 16 years now, convinced me to shoot up. So that`s when my whole heroin drama began," said Love. The widow of legendary rocker, `Nirvana` frontman Kurt Cobain, had earlier turned mentor to troubled star Lindsay Lohan who is currently under house arrest for allegedly stealing a necklace. PTI
