London: Actress Jennifer Aniston says yoga is an important part of her life and she finds herself in bad mood if she didn`t get the time to practice it.
"I do yoga, yoga is very important. I love it. If I`m not doing it, then my spirit sort of goes. I try to do some form of exercise, even if it`s just for 20 minute a day, so that I get my body sweating and blood pumping," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Aniston as saying.
The 42-year-old also admits that she is not always strict with her eating habits.
"I indulge when I want to indulge but I guess it`s all in moderation and consistency," she said.
