London: Former porn star Jenna Jameson has reportedly passed a drugs test she underwent to prove her boyfriend Tito Ortiz wrong after he claimed that she is hooked on painkillers.
According to TMZ.com, Ortiz, 35, had accused Jameson, 36, of harbouring a secret prescription drug addiction after he was arrested on domestic violence charges at the couple’s California home on April 26.
He claims that he confronted her because he believed she was high on painkiller OxyContin, but Jameson dismissed his allegations and said that he attacked her after she said “something very hurtful to his ego”.
Jameson is said to have agreed to a drug test on April 27 to prove she wasn’t under the influence during the alleged altercation.
She tested negative for 10 major drugs in the screening, administered by officials at the American Toxicology Inc. laboratory in Las Vegas.
“I am definitely not addicted to OxyContin or any drug,” the Daily Star quoted her as telling TMZ.com.
Her attorney added: “The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances.”
