Washington: Jennifer Hudson, who had recently shed a huge amount of weight to get back in shape, has revealed that she wouldn’t mind piling on the pounds back on for the right movie role.
The Oscar-winner lost 80 pounds after the birth of her son in 2009 and is now encouraging fans to get fit as a spokesperson for diet giant Weight Watchers.
She has released a book detailing her battle with the bulge, entitled I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down, but admits she would consider giving up her slim new figure if it was required for a film role, Contactmusic reported.
“When I do films, it has to be led by something through me - like my passion for it. I just don’t want to hop into anything. So if I commit myself to something, then it’ll be worth it no matter what character it is,” she said.
