Karishma, Kareena and Saif to share fitness gyaan!

Kareena, Karishma and the Saif coming together for the 1st time for the film on Nutrition called The Indian Food Wisdom and the art of Eating right. Its directed by Rujuta Diwekar. It is an attempt to revive the lost art of ‘Oral Wisdom’ by watching it, imbibing it & spreading the word. Richa Chadda and Anupam Kher are also the part of this Film. Official launch of the DVD is on 27th of this month.

But what is more important is that we are all sharing our common belief that eating right, eating local, seasonal, fresh and tasty food is integral to looking good, feeling light & happy.
