Los Angeles: If you desire to have an incredibly toned physique a la Kate Hudson, you've got to work your “a** off”, says the actress.


The 35-year-old, who is a mother of two, says that her svelte figure is the result of all the hard work she invests in a gym when she is not doing films, reports dailymail.co.uk.

“You (have to) work your a** off, that's the only way. You have to eat right. It's just you have to work out,” Us Weekly magazine quoted Hudson as saying.

The “Almost Famous” star believes that people should maintain a good workout schedule rather than doing it for a day and than leaving it for some other time.

“I wouldn't say (I work out) a lot, just consistently. People think for some reason you have to work out for two and a half hours but it can be little. It can be 20 minutes, it could be 40 minutes, but you have to (get it in),” she added.
