Lily Allen reveals eating disorder battle

London: Pop star Lily Allen has revealed that she was suffering from an eating disorder when she paraded a slender new figure in 2009.

The ‘Smile’ singer posed for a series of sexy photoshoots after losing weight, which she put down to a healthy diet and exercise regime. But Allen, who has long struggled with body image issues, has confessed she was throwing up after meals to maintain her trim waistline. "There was a point last summer where I`d say I had an eating disorder. I used to vomit after meals,” a newspaper quoted her as telling in a new TV show, ‘Lily Allen: From Riches to Rags’, recorded last year. ANI
