Washington: Mena Suvari has revealed that her flawless skin is the result of a good diet rather than cosmetics.

The ‘American Pie Reunion’ star, who is considered one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, says that her beauty is all down to eating fresh food. “My father was European so there was always fresh food in the house. People get caught up in trying to treat themselves from the outside in and it``s really about what you do on the inside,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling LOOK magazine. The 33-year-old actress believes in living a healthy life style and prefers to spend her evenings at home relaxing. “I like staying at home.
