Posh’s seven miles a day treadmill, yoga regimen to shed baby weight
London: Victoria Beckham has put herself on a strict exercise routine these days by walking seven miles a day on her treadmill to lose her baby weight after giving birth to their daughter Harper Seven two months ago.
Her efforts to shed baby weight after the birth of their fourth child has seemingly paid off well, as the wife of the soccer superstar was seen like her former super-slim self at the New York Fashion Week.
“Her exercise regime would put us all to shame. She’s walking seven miles a day on the treadmill,” the Sun quoted an insider as saying.
“She’s had to take it easy, but her definition of easy is different to most people’s,” the insider added.
Victoria, 37, is reported to wake up at 7 in the morning to walk three miles with hubby David. Then she does yoga in the afternoon, which is followed by another treadmill session.
