Russell Brand says he likes Kundalini yoga

Washington: Russell Brand spoke of his preference for yoga as he insisted that the ups and downs in his life are not affecting him. The actor is reportedly dating 25-year-old model and painter Oriela Medellin Amieiro and is said to have met her at the yoga class they both regularly attend.

His marriage to Katy Perry ended in December, after 14 months. Brand recently told a magazine that he is “doing well” as he doesn’t “hold on to anything negative”. Asked if that’s part of his yoga philosophy, he replied, “I like Kundalini yoga” - which relies heavily on physical and spiritual intuition. Brand is known for his yoga and vegan diet lifestyle, and always seems to be spotted attending a yoga class whether he is in UK or America. ANI
