London: Popstar Sarah Harding is well known for her waif like figure and the `Girls Aloud` singer says that it is not exercise or diet, but a special seaweed tablet that keeps her in shape.
The 28-year-old blonde beauty says that she stocks kelp tablets (which serve as a source of iodine) and takes them before meals, Contactmusic reported.
"I have a few kelp vitamins before I eat. They contain cider vinegar which help to break down carbs and dairy. They help bloating," she said.
The singer confesses that she relishes spaghetti bolognese with lashings of butter and parmesan cheese, her favourite dish and thus needs the tablets all the more.
"I love cooking spaghetti bolognese. I always make it with loads of parmesan cheese and butter on the pasta," Harding said.
Along with kelp pills, Harding regularly consumes a number of other vitamins as well to stay in shape. "I do take a lot of vitamins to keep myself in shape, Vitamin E, glucosamine, evening primrose oil, acidophilus for digestion and, of course, the kelp tablets," she added.
