Weight Watchers hasn’t put any pressure on me, says Jessica Simpson

New York: Jessica Simpson has said that American-based international company Weight Watchers is not pressurizing her to lose the baby weight that she gained while she was pregnant.

Since giving birth to her daughter Maxwell Drew in May this year, the 31-year-old singer has become a constant fixture at the gym.

According to initial reports from In Touch Weekly, Simpson had been “stressed and overwhelmed” by the 4 million dollar deal that she had signed with the diet company to shed 50 pounds in five months.

But the new mom insisted that she is not feeling pressure to lose the baby weight quickly.

“Just so everyone knows…Weight Watchers hasn’t put ANY pressure on me!” the New York Daily News quoted Simpson as writing on Twitter.

“I’m trying to be as healthy as I can for myself and I feel great,” she wrote.

However, the singer who has been engaged Eric Johnson since fall 2010, admitted her desire to return to her old shape.
