Britain, EU to begin Brexit negotiations on Monday

London: Brexit negotiations between Britain and the European Union will begin on Monday, the British government said on Thursday.

"The first round of talks that will see the United Kingdom leave the European Union will start on Monday June 19," the Brexit ministry said in a statement.
