Foreign `tadkas` who heated things up in `Bigg Boss`
The baap of all reality shows on television`Bigg Boss` has had a history of several Hollywood personalities heating things up in the past. Be it Pamela Anderson or Sunny Leone, the sensational beauties have upped the hot quotient of the show. Earlier, reports suggested that Hollywood hottie Kim Kardashian too is expected to make her special entry inside the house, however now the latest buzz is that she has canceled her India trip over some visa issues.
Let's take a look at some of the 'firang' beauties who sizzled inside the house:
The former `Baywatch` babe entered the fourth season of `Bigg Boss`, literally with a bang on the lines of the famous song `Babu ji Zara Dheere Chalo`.
Did she raise the temperature? She certainly did. Dressed in a white sequined saree, the Hollywood babe raised the glam quotient in the house. The pin-up beauty Pamela's short stint in `Bigg Boss` house electrified Indian television and TRPs of the show superseded many hit shows of the time.
Also, very few are aware of the fact that the 47-year-old star was the first American citizen to be invited for the reality TV show. The international beauty kept everyone glued to the TV sets with her sensational `Dhak Dhak Karne Laga` dance that she performed during a task.
The late British actor Jade Goody landed in season two of `Bigg Boss` after her stint with `Big Brother`. Jade had hit headlines in 2007 for her racist remarks against Shilpa Shetty on the UK reality show `Big Brother`.
Jade had to quit the show after she was diagnosed with cancer. The mother of two had apparently decided to participate in 'Bigg Boss', as she wanted to make up for being called a racist in the UK-based reality show.
Her exit from the show was a teary-one and moved many hearts including Shilpa Shetty who was hosting the show that season. Jade finally passed away on June 2009 after battling cervical cancer.
The German beauty rose to prominence after her stint with `Bigg Boss` in season 3. Claudia, who entered the house with 12 more celebrities, including Poonam Dhillon, Kamaal R Khan, Ismail Darbar, Sherlyn Chopra, Vindu Dara Singh and Raju Srivastava, was evicted through public voting.
The model-turned-actress raised many eyebrows with her close friendship with model Parvesh Rana in the house.
Elli Avram gained popularity in India post 'Bigg Boss 7` and made it to headlines for her striking resemblance to Katrina Kaif. At the beginning of the show Salman Khan mentioned that she reminds him of ex-flame Katrina. Even though Salman has openly said that it does not mean he is romantically interested in her any way, Elli got all attention from audiences and housemates alike.
Elli Avram’s eviction put a lot of speculations of the show to rest, as it was widely believed that before that the Swedish Greek beauty was ‘Bigg Boss 7’ superstar host Salman Khan’s favourite .
The Canadian adult star-turned-Bollywood actress set `Bigg Boss 5` on fire with her oomph and style. Sunny Leone aka Karanjit Kaur Vohra scorched the screen with her entry in the house and was the centre of all controversies.
Gyrating to the hit Hindi number `Ye Mera Deewanapan`, Sunny's pole dance in the show left many tongues wagging and impressed her fellow contestants.
But it was only through her `Bigg Boss` stint that she got noticed and landed a role in Mahesh Bhatt's `Jism 2`. Since then, there has been no looking back for the hour-glass figured lady. Her dance moves have even put professional dancers to shame.
Well, it certainly gets better with some 'foreign' tadka we say!
