* 2 Cup Del Monte Whole Corn Kernels
* 1/4 cup diced onion
* 1/4 cup diced cucumber
* 1/4 cup red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
* 1 green chilli or jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
* Salt and black pepper to taste
* Juice of one lime
* 1/2 tsp red paprika
* 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
* 1 tbsp Del Monte extra virgin olive oil
