Taking the love for eggs to another level, deviled eggs are soft to bite into & divine when it comes to the taste!

Monsoon recipes: Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

- 5 Eggs

- 1 Onion chopped

- 1 Tsp green chillies

- 1 Tsp garlic powder

- Mixed herbs

- 1 Tsp chilli flakes

- Coriander leaves

- Salt

- 1 Tsp black pepper

- Mayonnaise

- 1 Cup mashed potatoes

- Yolks of all 5 eggs

Method:

1) Boil 5 eggs & cut them into halves

2) In a large mixing bowl assemble the following – onions, green chillies, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, coriander leaves, black pepper, mayonnaise, salt, mashed potatoes and yolks of all 5 eggs

3) Mix them into a fine mash

4) Fill the halved egg pieces with the mash
