Unripe Mango – 1 (large)

2 tsp jeera poweder

1 tsp dhaniya power

½ tsp saunf powder

½ tsp chilli powder

Rock salt to taste

1 tsp sugar

250 ml


Boil the Mango and peel it off. Make a puree of the pulp. Now add all the masalas, salt and sugar and mix it well.

Now add 250 ml water and stir well. (amount of water may depend on the consistency of the aam panna you may prefer).
