Summer drink - Recipe: Classic Lemonade
2 cups of sugar
2 glass of water
Start with peeling off the lemons. After that cut them in even sizes and set it aside. Then put the lemon rind in a bowl and add sugar over it. Keep it aside for an hour or so.
Boil water and then pour it over the lemon rinds which you had kept aside. Followed by cooling off this for about 15-20 minutes and then remove the rinds.
Now, you can squeeze the lemons in a separate bowl. Pour it through a strainer into the sugar mixture you made with rinds. Mix it well, and then pour into a huge juice glass or tumbler. Refrigerate it for the chilling effect. You can add some ice cubes too.
