Jio effect: Gujarat vendor charms pani puri lovers, offers unlimited golgappas for Rs 100

New Delhi: Well, pani puri is without-a-doubt one street food item which is loved by people of all age groups. But, apparently, resisting golgappa has now become even tougher for the citizens of Gujarat, all thanks to unlimited tariff plans by Reliance Jio.

Inspired by the Jio offers, a Gujarat vendor has reportedly come up with his own versions of the plans. No, we are not kidding. According to an Indian Express report, originally attributed to TOI, a Porbandar-based pani puri seller - named Ravi Jagdamba - is attracting more customers by launching daily and monthly plans that offer unlimited golgappas.

It is being said that, in the daily plan, the customer only needs to pay only Rs 100 in order to have unlimited pani puri. On the other hand, you can access limitless golgappas for a whole month by paying Rs 1000.

If the buzz is to be believed, his Jio-themed pani puri stall has made him more famous and fetched him a lot of new customers.
