As per reports, unawareness about family planning and contraception led to the lady's death who was just 40 years of age.
Reportedly, she was the most fertile woman and gave birth to to twins 16 times, three twins seven times and another four twins four times.
No other critical information was surfaced as to how she managed to give more to all these children in her short life.
