New Delhi: Pregnant women faces lots of experiences and changes like physical, mental as well emotional. And morning sickness is one of the initial things that most women go through pregnancy.

While some go through severe morning sickness like nausea, vomiting and giddiness, there are few lucky enough to not face it. However, for the large number of women who go through morning sickness during their pregnancy, there are certain foods that can come to their rescue.

Here are some foods that helps to relieve morning sickness:

Lemons

Lemon is the best thing as it helps in keeping nausea at bay. You can add some lemon drops in a glass of water, sniff them or simply bite on the slices.

Milk

As milk are rich in calcium, it will also soothe your stomach and ensure that you don't throw up everything you eat. But one must make sure that you drink raw milk.

Ginger

Ginger is great at relieving nausea as it has anti inflammatory properties in it. You can add few slices of ginger pieces over your salad or in a cup of tea.

Peppermint tea

Peppermint tea not only keep you hydrated, but also settle your tummy when you feel like throwing up everything you had.

Cereal

A lot of women confirmed that eating a bowl of plain cereal helped them get relieve from morning sickness.
