Shrugging off the disappointment of his singles defeat, Indian Davis Cupper Rohan Bopanna, partnering Pakistan`s Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, booked a semifinal berth in the doubles event of the ATP Challenger.

New Delhi: Shrugging off the disappointment
of his singles defeat, Indian Davis Cupper Rohan Bopanna,
partnering Pakistan`s Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, booked a semifinal
berth in the doubles event of the ATP Challenger tournament in
Aachen, Germany.
However, it was a hard-earned win for the second seeded
Indo-Pak pair as unseeded Dustin Brown and Jiri Krkoska put up
a valiant fight before going down 5-7 6-7(6) in the
quarter-finals of the euro 42,500 event.
Bopanna and Qureshi will next take on Yves Allegro of
Switzerland and Lovro Zovko of Croatia.
