BSP expels four Punjab leaders including Devi Dass Nahar

Jalandhar, June 04: Bahujan Samaj Party today expelled from the party four leaders including Devi Dass Nahar, party`s nominee from Jalandhar constituency in the recent Lok Sabha polls on charges of indulging in anti-party activities.

On the instructions of party national president Mayawati, four BSP leaders from Punjab, Devi Dass Nahar, Jia Lal Nahar, Pritam Chand and Balwant Singh Sultanpur have been expelled
from the party with immediate effect Narender Kashyap, BSP national general secretary stated here today.

He further said that since all the four had indulged in anti-party activities in the recent Lok Sabha elections, the party had no option but to take stern action against them.

These leaders had nexus with other political parties to deliberately weaken the BSP in the state, he alleged.
