Monaco: Force India is wary of the tricky street circuit for this weekend`s Monaco Grand Prix and unlike the previous race they are focussing more on getting the best possible result out of qualifying session.
Force India drivers had compromised on the qualifying session at Barcelona for the sake of tyres but Paul di Resta says qualifying will be key to final outcome at Monaco. The Scot racer said it remains to be seen how it things pan out in Monaco with the new Pireli tyres but the circuit, which has narrow streets and tight corners, hardly gives opportunity to overtake and hence position on the grid becomes almost decisive. "Qualifying is normally the key in Monaco. It used to decide your race. We`ll have to see if it`s any different this year with the nature of the Pirelli tyres and the different strategies, but I think overtaking will still be very difficult. I`m definitely looking forward to the challenge," di Restam, who had finished 12th in Barcelona, said."Monaco is one of those races that every driver dreams about. It`s one of the most challenging circuits of the year and one of the big races in motorsport. Monaco is also where I live these days, which means I will have two `home` races this year," Resta added.
