Indian Judo squad to leave for New Delhi

An eight-member Indian judo squad, which had been camping at the SAI Centre here, will leave for New Delhi tomorrow and Korea the next day to take part in the World Cup.

Bhopal: An eight-member Indian judo squad, which had been camping at the SAI Centre here, will leave for New Delhi tomorrow and Korea the next day to take part in the World Cup.
The Squad, comprising four women and four men, has Hungarian Jozsef Csak as its coach and it will be accompanied by Kamla Rawat of Bhopal. The eight judokas, who represented India in the recently concluded Asian Games, will play at Suwon in Korea on December 3 and 4. The team members are Navjot Chana (60 kg), Sanju Singh (66 kg), Ramshrey Yadav (73 kg) and Sahil Pathania (90 kg) for men while K H Tombi Devi (48 kg), T H Kalpana Devi (52 kg), Anita Chanu (57 kg) and Garima Choudhary (63 kg) for women.
