Webber, Vettel move past Malaysian GP fiasco: Red Bull

Red Bull team advisor Helmut Marko has claimed Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber have both agreed to move on from their Malaysian Grand Prix spat.

London: Red Bull team advisor Helmut Marko has claimed Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber have both agreed to move on from their Malaysian Grand Prix spat.
Vettel won controversially in Sepang last weekend, after ignoring team instructions to stay in second place behind Webber. Marko, the key link to the team’s billionaire owner Dietrisch Mateschitz, said the duo had met for technical discussions following the race and he insisted the pair did not need to be close friends to do their jobs for champions Red Bull. Marko said they don’t have to be completely on the same page, but it must be a solid working partnership, adding Vettel apologised in the press conference, and that is the first correct step to take. Marko added in the debriefing afterwards, there was the relevant discussions about the race and then there was a handshake between the two drivers, so, for them now, the issue is settled. ANI
