Nani vows to take his game to next level

London: Manchester United winger Nani has vowed to take his game to another level for his club so that he is not ignored again by boss Alex Ferguson.

“I will try to take my game to the next level. I will try to do my best. I want to do much better than last season and now we must wait to see how that happens,” Nani was quoted, as saying. “I am feeling confident for the new season and I hope to do my best and help the team win trophies,” he added. Nani was left out of Manchester United’s starting line-up for last season’s Champions League final. He made an appearance as a late substitute in May’s 3-1 defeat by Barcelona but it meant nothing to him as Pep Guardiola’s men cruised to a crushing win, The Daily Express reports. The arrival of England winger Ashley Young at Old Trafford this summer could mean Nani will face an even tougher task holding onto his spot in Ferguson`s first team. ANI
