Kanpur: BJP president Nitin Gadkari on Monday
said both Sonia Gandhi and Mulayam Singh Yadav, instead of
focusing on development, are concerned only in getting their
sons installed as Prime Minister and Uttar Pradesh Chief

past 22 years, Gadkari asked him how much development took
place during the 40-year rule of the Congress in the state.
He accused the Congress of trying to eradicate poverty
of its own leaders rather than that of the common man.
Gadkari accused the SP and the Congress of trying to woo
Muslims by playing the reservation card.
Referring to the Batla House encounter, he said "every
Congress leader is going to Azamgarh and none to the house of
the slain police Inspector."
