London: Italian football giants AC Milan and Juventus have had a talk with Manchester City about the possible sale of their mercurial striker Mario Balotelli, BBC reported on Tuesday. But City sources disclosed that they would only let him go only if any club is prepared to give them their expected amount of money. City value the footballer at around 24 million euros. The Italian forward joined Manchester City in August 2010 from Inter Milan for a fee in the region of 24 million dollar. Earlier on Monday, Manchester City assistant manager David Platt had played down speculation linking Mario Balotelli with a move away from the club, despite reports claiming a deal with AC Milan has been struck. However, AC Milan assistant coach Mauro Tassotti had earlier claimed that Mario Balotelli would have no problem settling in at San Siro if he was to join the Rossoneri from Manchester City. Milan are reported to have offered 17 million million pound for Balotelli, a figure short of Manchester City`s 24 million pound valuation. There have also been suggestions that City would prefer the fee paid upfront, rather than in the six installments proposed by the Italian club.
