Sena seeks help to register case against Rahul
UP Navnirman Sena has sought court`s help to register a case against Rahul Gandhi and Deepender Hooda.
Meerut: UP Navnirman Sena has sought court`s
help to register a case against Rahul Gandhi and Deepender
Hooda for allegedly provoking Congress workers to beat its
activists for waving black flags at a joint Congress-RLD
election rally here.
"The national secretary of Navnirman Sena, Pawan Sharma,
has filed an appeal in a sub-divisional judicial magistrate
(second) court to register a case against Congress leaders
Rahul Gandhi and Deepender Hooda," UP Navnirman Sena president
Amit Jani said.
Jani claimed his party workers went to wave black flags
to Rahul peacefully during the joint election rally on
February 2, but the Congress workers attacked and injured them
at the behest of Rahul and Deepender (son of Haryana Chief
Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda).
The Sena president also alleged that when his party
workers went to file a complaint in this regard, police
declined to register a case.
