New Delhi: RIL Chairman Mukesh Ambani shook up the entire telecom industry this month by announcing the launch of much-talked about Jio 4G service, offering free voice calls and national roaming along with what he touted as the world's lowest data tariff.

While Ambani's new venture has let to severe tariff war among other telecom companies like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea and BSNL, the customer stands to gain the most.

Telecom major Airtel too has a bumper offer for its prepaid customers under which it is giving 5GB free internet data.

However, the catch of the offer is that it is a night offer. The Free data availed can be used only between 12 am and 6 am at the data speed availed by the user under his/her existing subscribed data pack.

Any use outside these hours will be deducted from user’s regular data pack.

- You will have to install myAirtel APP installed your handset.

- You can claim the benefit only if you have gone through the Jackpot journey on myAirtel APP.

- Jackpot page on myAirtel APP will have all the APP tasks.

- Each APP task will have an offer which will be mentioned on the Jackpot page.

- To initiate any task, you have to click on the button on each task card after which you will be redirected to the relevant participating APP (Target APP) or landing page of the task.

- The offer will be valid till 30th September.

- The free data credited must be used within 28 days after which the same will lapse.
