New Delhi: For Android and iOS smartphones, YouTube has released a new feature for its mobile application. The new update will enable the users to directly share YouTube videos to their friends and family. It will also let the users to chat within the app itself.

Along with this, users can also add their friends and family by sending an invite to them through a link. Copy and paste is no more required to share videos, one can directly send it to a friend's chat or profile.

Sending videos via Whatsapp or email is not required anymore. To recall, the messaging app had recently enabled the feature that allows the user to directly play YouTube videos on the app. With this new sharing feature of YouTube, users will be able to share videos privately via chat within the app only.

The app supports the group sharing up to a limit of 30 people. At first, the feature was available in Canada and some US users, now it is available all around the globe for everyone.

Reportedly, the video sharing feature can be discovered built-in in the YouTube application sharing button.

A messaging user interface appears when one shares a video with a friend or a group. Next, user and his/her friends can have a conversation discussing the video within the app. The new YouTube update definitely cuts down a number of steps to share a video, which makes it more appealing to the users.
