Terrorists fire at police station in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama

Five CRPF men were killed when heavily armed terrorists stormed the camp of the paramilitary force in Pulwama district on Sunday.

Pulwama: Terrorists on Tuesday fired at a police station in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama, news agency ANI reported.

Earlier, on Sunday, in a pre-dawn strike, five CRPF men were killed when heavily armed terrorists stormed the camp of the paramilitary force at Lethpora in Pulwama district.

The attack was claimed by Pakistan-based Jaish-e- Mohammed.

The Indian security forces on Monday had identified the three terrorists killed in the encounter - one from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) and other two from J&K. 

The PoK origin terrorist was identified as Ali Sozal and the other two as Fardeen Mohibuddin and Manzoor Ahmed Baba, who hailed from J&K`s Tral and Pulwama region respectively.

Three AK 47, two UBGL, eight magazines, five grenades, a pouch attached with a magazine clip, a flag, and some eatables were recovered from their possession.
