Increase in Notice period by companies.
I would like to highlight a menace growing in indian's service companies.
Unable to win contracts and improve efficiency Indian IT companies are openly flouting labor laws in India.
All IT BPO and KPOs have put a notice period of 3 months which is totally unjustified..
There are two sort of companies
1. who upfront tell new joinees about notice period
2. Who sent email to existing employees informing them about notice period increase.
Now i fall in category 2, my employer sent me an email before appraisals to intimate increase in notice period. When we confirm from HR, we are told we wont interfere with a person's career and its only for drastic scenarios.
Now employer is forcing employees to stay in company and even sit idle and harassing them on pretext saying that they wont give release letter & experience letter.
Can a company do this? force employees to work, harass them, change company policy whenever they want and just by sending an email?
Can they force employee to stay in company and not even accept compensation in lieu of shortfall of notice period?
Its so frustrating to work in India, government has no pilicy, if this would be happening in other country the company would have been shut down by now.
But Indian companies are flouting rules openly.

> 1. That my daughter was kidnapped on date 12/11/2008 , 3 years ago. The Police official of Police Station Dabri, Sagar Pur & Crime Branch is neither doing proper investigation nor taking concrete action in this context. Even though I had given number of information and suspected persona namely to the Police official of Dabri, Sagar Pur & CRIME BRANCH.
> 2. The police official has not even called the suspected person for inquiry regarding the abducted person. That the abducted person was the tenant of Joginder’s house. The landlord Joginder & Jagdish Yadav must be having information about his roots even though the landlord has not fill up the verification form from where I would have got to know about the abducted person. The police has not given the results regarding the person who was involved.
> 3. The police has not inquired about the suspected accused from the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav). The land lord even though has not fill up the tenant verification form and police has not taken any action against the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav) for this offense and I have already filed the numbers of the R.T.I. application against the police and I gave a numbers of application and representation to the commissioner of Police and home minister and Lieutenant Governor. So the police is neither taking any concrete action nor carved out any important investigation in this context.
> 4. The criminal sunil soni was working in HCL & IBM on a fake identity . After know the knowledge of this fact, police did not took any step against the company for their carelessness the neither tried to take any information from the company and police did not even questioned. The friend of the criminal on fake identity he working.
> Police conducted the test like a formality by asking question which were irrelevant about the case and which were no use so the polygraph test was of no use.
> 5. Police disclose own report, the girl has tried to register in District Marriage Center Kapashera , Delhi . In this report is completely false and the father of kidnapping girl has given clarification in previous letter.
> The police station ,Dabri, publish the news paper on dated 10.05.2009 in Punjab Kesari on Mahanagar page. In this news the police did not mentioned the telephone number of the police station and not only mobile number and even the wrong name of the kidnapping girl`s father not clear the photograph of the kidnapping girl`s.
> 6. The lackadaisical attitude of the police has rendered my daughter untraceable due to the irresponsibility on the part of police official at Dabri Police Station & Crime Branch.

> 1. That my daughter was kidnapped on date 12/11/2008 , 3 years ago. The Police official of Police Station Dabri, Sagar Pur & Crime Branch is neither doing proper investigation nor taking concrete action in this context. Even though I had given number of information and suspected persona namely to the Police official of Dabri, Sagar Pur & CRIME BRANCH.
> 2. The police official has not even called the suspected person for inquiry regarding the abducted person. That the abducted person was the tenant of Joginder’s house. The landlord Joginder & Jagdish Yadav must be having information about his roots even though the landlord has not fill up the verification form from where I would have got to know about the abducted person. The police has not given the results regarding the person who was involved.
> 3. The police has not inquired about the suspected accused from the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav). The land lord even though has not fill up the tenant verification form and police has not taken any action against the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav) for this offense and I have already filed the numbers of the R.T.I. application against the police and I gave a numbers of application and representation to the commissioner of Police and home minister and Lieutenant Governor. So the police is neither taking any concrete action nor carved out any important investigation in this context.
> 4. The criminal sunil soni was working in HCL & IBM on a fake identity . After know the knowledge of this fact, police did not took any step against the company for their carelessness the neither tried to take any information from the company and police did not even questioned. The friend of the criminal on fake identity he working.
> Police conducted the test like a formality by asking question which were irrelevant about the case and which were no use so the polygraph test was of no use.
> 5. Police disclose own report, the girl has tried to register in District Marriage Center Kapashera , Delhi . In this report is completely false and the father of kidnapping girl has given clarification in previous letter.
> The police station ,Dabri, publish the news paper on dated 10.05.2009 in Punjab Kesari on Mahanagar page. In this news the police did not mentioned the telephone number of the police station and not only mobile number and even the wrong name of the kidnapping girl`s father not clear the photograph of the kidnapping girl`s.
> 6. The lackadaisical attitude of the police has rendered my daughter untraceable due to the irresponsibility on the part of police official at Dabri Police Station & Crime Branch.

> 1. That my daughter was kidnapped on date 12/11/2008 , 2.10 years ago. The Police official of Police Station Dabri, Sagar Pur & Crime Branch is neither doing proper investigation nor taking concrete action in this context. Even though I had given number of information and suspected persona namely to the Police official of Dabri, Sagar Pur & CRIME BRANCH.
> 2. The police official has not even called the suspected person for inquiry regarding the abducted person. That the abducted person was the tenant of Joginder’s house. The landlord Joginder & Jagdish Yadav must be having information about his roots even though the landlord has not fill up the verification form from where I would have got to know about the abducted person. The police has not given the results regarding the person who was involved.
> 3. The police has not inquired about the suspected accused from the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav). The land lord even though has not fill up the tenant verification form and police has not taken any action against the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav) for this offense and I have already filed the numbers of the R.T.I. application against the police and I gave a numbers of application and representation to the commissioner of Police and home minister and Lieutenant Governor. So the police is neither taking any concrete action nor carved out any important investigation in this context.
> 4. The criminal sunil soni was working in HCL & IBM on a fake identity . After know the knowledge of this fact, police did not took any step against the company for their carelessness the neither tried to take any information from the company and police did not even questioned. The friend of the criminal on fake identity he working.
> Police conducted the test like a formality by asking question which were irrelevant about the case and which were no use so the polygraph test was of no use.
> 5. Police disclose own report, the girl has tried to register in District Marriage Center Kapashera , Delhi . In this report is completely false and the father of kidnapping girl has given clarification in previous letter.
> The police station ,Dabri, publish the news paper on dated 10.05.2009 in Punjab Kesari on Mahanagar page. In this news the police did not mentioned the telephone number of the police station and not only mobile number and even the wrong name of the kidnapping girl`s father not clear the photograph of the kidnapping girl`s.
> 6. The lackadaisical attitude of the police has rendered my daughter untraceable due to the irresponsibility on the part of police official at Dabri Police Station & Crime Branch.

> 1. That my daughter was kidnapped on date 12/11/2008 , 2.10 years ago. The Police official of Police Station Dabri, Sagar Pur & Crime Branch is neither doing proper investigation nor taking concrete action in this context. Even though I had given number of information and suspected persona namely to the Police official of Dabri, Sagar Pur & CRIME BRANCH.
> 2. The police official has not even called the suspected person for inquiry regarding the abducted person. That the abducted person was the tenant of Joginder’s house. The landlord Joginder & Jagdish Yadav must be having information about his roots even though the landlord has not fill up the verification form from where I would have got to know about the abducted person. The police has not given the results regarding the person who was involved.
> 3. The police has not inquired about the suspected accused from the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav). The land lord even though has not fill up the tenant verification form and police has not taken any action against the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav) for this offense and I have already filed the numbers of the R.T.I. application against the police and I gave a numbers of application and representation to the commissioner of Police and home minister and Lieutenant Governor. So the police is neither taking any concrete action nor carved out any important investigation in this context.
> 4. The criminal sunil soni was working in HCL & IBM on a fake identity . After know the knowledge of this fact, police did not took any step against the company for their carelessness the neither tried to take any information from the company and police did not even questioned. The friend of the criminal on fake identity he working.
> Police conducted the test like a formality by asking question which were irrelevant about the case and which were no use so the polygraph test was of no use.
> 5. Police disclose own report, the girl has tried to register in District Marriage Center Kapashera , Delhi . In this report is completely false and the father of kidnapping girl has given clarification in previous letter.
> The police station ,Dabri, publish the news paper on dated 10.05.2009 in Punjab Kesari on Mahanagar page. In this news the police did not mentioned the telephone number of the police station and not only mobile number and even the wrong name of the kidnapping girl`s father not clear the photograph of the kidnapping girl`s.
> 6. The lackadaisical attitude of the police has rendered my daughter untraceable due to the irresponsibility on the part of police official at Dabri Police Station & Crime Branch.

1. That my daughter was kidnapped on date 12/11/2008 , 2.11 years ago. The Police official of Police Station Dabri, Sagar Pur & Crime Branch is neither doing proper investigation nor taking concrete action in this context. Even though I had given number of information and suspected persona namely to the Police official of Dabri, Sagar Pur & CRIME BRANCH.
2. The police official has not even called the suspected person for inquiry regarding the abducted person. That the abducted person was the tenant of Joginder’s house. The landlord Joginder & Jagdish Yadav must be having information about his roots even though the landlord has not fill up the verification form from where I would have got to know about the abducted person. The police has not given the results regarding the person who was involved.
3. The police has not inquired about the suspected accused from the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav). The land lord even though has not fill up the tenant verification form and police has not taken any action against the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav) for this offense and I have already filed the numbers of the R.T.I. application against the police and I gave a numbers of application and representation to the commissioner of Police and home minister and Lieutenant Governor. So the police is neither taking any concrete action nor carved out any important investigation in this context.
4. The criminal sunil soni was working in HCL & IBM on a fake identity . After know the knowledge of this fact, police did not took any step against the company for their carelessness the neither tried to take any information from the company and police did not even questioned. The friend of the criminal on fake identity he working.
Police conducted the test like a formality by asking question which were irrelevant about the case and which were no use so the polygraph test was of no use.
5. Police disclose own report, the girl has tried to register in District Marriage Center Kapashera , Delhi . In this report is completely false and the father of kidnapping girl has given clarification in previous letter.
The police station ,Dabri, publish the news paper on dated 10.05.2009 in Punjab Kesari on Mahanagar page. In this news the police did not mentioned the telephone number of the police station and not only mobile number and even the wrong name of the kidnapping girl`s father not clear the photograph of the kidnapping girl`s.
6. The lackadaisical attitude of the police has rendered my daughter untraceable due to the irresponsibility on the part of police official at Dabri Police Station & Crime Branch.
7. That after 2.10 years have posted without any development because I have not gouty any justice from the Delhi High Court and the Police has not cooperated with me in any way. Whatsoever therefore I, request you that the case shall be handed over to the C.B.I. or any special cell or any competent authority.

1. That my daughter was kidnapped on date 12/11/2008 , 2.10 years ago. The Police official of Police Station Dabri, Sagar Pur & Crime Branch is neither doing proper investigation nor taking concrete action in this context. Even though I had given number of information and suspected persona namely to the Police official of Dabri, Sagar Pur & CRIME BRANCH.
2. The police official has not even called the suspected person for inquiry regarding the abducted person. That the abducted person was the tenant of Joginder’s house. The landlord Joginder & Jagdish Yadav must be having information about his roots even though the landlord has not fill up the verification form from where I would have got to know about the abducted person. The police has not given the results regarding the person who was involved.
3. The police has not inquired about the suspected accused from the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav). The land lord even though has not fill up the tenant verification form and police has not taken any action against the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav) for this offense and I have already filed the numbers of the R.T.I. application against the police and I gave a numbers of application and representation to the commissioner of Police and home minister and Lieutenant Governor. So the police is neither taking any concrete action nor carved out any important investigation in this context.
4. The criminal sunil soni was working in HCL & IBM on a fake identity . After know the knowledge of this fact, police did not took any step against the company for their carelessness the neither tried to take any information from the company and police did not even questioned. The friend of the criminal on fake identity he working.
Police conducted the test like a formality by asking question which were irrelevant about the case and which were no use so the polygraph test was of no use.
5. Police disclose own report, the girl has tried to register in District Marriage Center Kapashera , Delhi . In this report is completely false and the father of kidnapping girl has given clarification in previous letter.
The police station ,Dabri, publish the news paper on dated 10.05.2009 in Punjab Kesari on Mahanagar page. In this news the police did not mentioned the telephone number of the police station and not only mobile number and even the wrong name of the kidnapping girl`s father not clear the photograph of the kidnapping girl`s.
6. The lackadaisical attitude of the police has rendered my daughter untraceable due to the irresponsibility on the part of police official at Dabri Police Station & Crime Branch.
7. That after 2.10 years have posted without any development because I have not gouty any justice from the Delhi High Court and the Police has not cooperated with me in any way. Whatsoever therefore I, request you that the case shall be handed over to the C.B.I. or any special cell or any competent authority.

> 1. That my daughter was kidnapped on date 12/11/2008 , 2.10 years ago. The Police official of Police Station Dabri, Sagar Pur & Crime Branch is neither doing proper investigation nor taking concrete action in this context. Even though I had given number of information and suspected persona namely to the Police official of Dabri, Sagar Pur & CRIME BRANCH.
> 2. The police official has not even called the suspected person for inquiry regarding the abducted person. That the abducted person was the tenant of Joginder’s house. The landlord Joginder & Jagdish Yadav must be having information about his roots even though the landlord has not fill up the verification form from where I would have got to know about the abducted person. The police has not given the results regarding the person who was involved.
> 3. The police has not inquired about the suspected accused from the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav). The land lord even though has not fill up the tenant verification form and police has not taken any action against the land lord (Mr. Joginder & Jagdish Yadav) for this offense and I have already filed the numbers of the R.T.I. application against the police and I gave a numbers of application and representation to the commissioner of Police and home minister and Lieutenant Governor. So the police is neither taking any concrete action nor carved out any important investigation in this context.
> 4. The criminal sunil soni was working in HCL & IBM on a fake identity . After know the knowledge of this fact, police did not took any step against the company for their carelessness the neither tried to take any information from the company and police did not even questioned. The friend of the criminal on fake identity he working.
> Police conducted the test like a formality by asking question which were irrelevant about the case and which were no use so the polygraph test was of no use.
> 5. Police disclose own report, the girl has tried to register in District Marriage Center Kapashera , Delhi . In this report is completely false and the father of kidnapping girl has given clarification in previous letter.
> The police station ,Dabri, publish the news paper on dated 10.05.2009 in Punjab Kesari on Mahanagar page. In this news the police did not mentioned the telephone number of the police station and not only mobile number and even the wrong name of the kidnapping girl`s father not clear the photograph of the kidnapping girl`s.
> 6. The lackadaisical attitude of the police has rendered my daughter untraceable due to the irresponsibility on the part of police official at Dabri Police Station & Crime Branch.
