New Delhi: The Rajya Sabha on Monday witnessed uproarious scenes after the ruling BJP demanded explanation from the Congress party over its senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad's controversial remarks comparing the RSS with the Islamic State shortly after the Upper House met for normal business.
