Several customers suffered serious burns after the owner flung hot oil on them.
In the video, the vendor can be seen filling a water jug with hot oil from a wok and chasing the customers before hurling it at them.
The vendor comes back, refills it and goes after the customers. He can be seen hurling the hot oil on the customers at least thrice.
It all started when a man complained about the food which infuriated the food stall owner. Other customers too joined him and complained about the bad quality of food, which triggered a heated argument between the vendor and the customers.
In the process, the Chinese food stall was also vandalised and the furniture kept there were broken.
In the video, some customers can also be seen throwing things at the vendor. In retaliation, the vendor attacks them with hot oil.
A complaint was filed and the vendor was arrested by the police.
However, the vendor also filed a counter-complaint accusing the customers of vandalising his stall and abusing the staff.
