Salman Khan is going to launch his own smartphone brand --Being Smart.

New Delhi: From Being Human to being Smart – bollywood megastar Salman Khan can be found every where!

As per a report in the Economic Times, Salman Khan, who owns the Being Human clothing brand, has registered 'Being Smart' trademark for his smartphone venture.

The "Being Smart" smartphone, which reportedly will come under Rs 20,000 price band is set to take on the likes of Xiaomi, Vivo and Oppo.

Khan has also “building an operational management team to be headed by a professional with leadership stints at Samsung and Micromax,” ET further wrote.

He is also in talks with several investors for his venture and plans to take the majority shareholding directly or through his family, ET report says.

The smartphones will “initially be sold online and later through strategic partnerships with a few large cellphone and electronic retail chains,” ET report adds.
