Parked Jet Airways flight hit by tug at Mumbai airport, suffers damage
A Jet Airways flight which was supposed to fly from Mumbai to Ahmedabad could not take off after a tug hit the aircraft while it was parked at the Mumbai airport. The damaged aircraft was examined after which an alternate flight was arranged. The departure was delayed in the procedure.

MUMBAI: A Jet Airways flight which was supposed to fly from Mumbai to Ahmedabad could not take off after a tug hit the aircraft while it was parked at the Mumbai airport. The damaged aircraft was examined after which an alternate flight was arranged. The departure was delayed in the procedure.
"Jet Airways Mumbai-Ahmedabad flight operated with a delayed departure as engineering team carried out an inspection and servicing of its exterior, due to slight scrape by a ground handling equipment. An alternate aircraft was operated with 165 guests on board," Jet Airways said in a statement.
