Nashik, April 17: CPM Politburo member Sitaram Yechury said the Third Front will re-think on the Indo-US nuclear deal if voted to power.

"Indo-US nuclear deal signed by the Congress-led UPA government will put pressure on India and if Third Front voted to power will re-think on the deal," Yechury told reporters here yesterday.

"We will provide a stable government at the Centre if non-Congress secular government voted to power," the politbureau member said.

The Third Front is getting good response and the 1996 and 1998 (non-Congress secular government formed at the Centre) will be repeated in the 15th Lok Sabha polls, the Marxist leader said.

On the Prime Ministerial issue, he said that it was not proper to decide who will be the next Prime Minister, while the elections are on and said it will be solved amicable amongst its members.

He was in Nashik to address election meetings for party candidate and sitting MLA Jiva Pandu Gavit, contesting in a trianlge fight from Dindori (ST) parliamentary seat.

Grapes are sour Mr. Karat and Mr. Yechuri. Left not only forgot the price rise issue while in power insite of anouncing dates for agitation country wide but also miserably failed in convincing the Government on nuclear deal. Unfortunately China has not offered such proposals like American and their mentors are not in a position of strong power in the world. Had this deal been with China they would be celebrating.
