Hyderabad: CBI on Tuesday night arrested Vijayasai Reddy, the auditor of companies of Y S R Congress leader
Jaganmohan Reddy who faces a disproportionate asset case.
Vijayasai was arrested after he appeared before the
investigating agency for questioning in the case as he is an
accused, CBI sources said.
Vijayasai has close association with late Andhra Pradesh
Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy's family for over three
decades.
He was quizzed for many days after CBI started
investigating the case against Jagan and Vijayasai also
appeared before the Enforcement Directorate on behalf of Jagan
in the case related to alleged money laundering and foreign
exchange violations.
