Sangareddy: Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev who
is planning to float a new political party on Friday said that he
himself would not participate in active politics nor would he
contest elections.

"Wait till June this year, the party and its manifesto
will be made known. There are many honest politicians even
today and we invite such persons and other like-minded people
in our party," Baba Ramdev, told reporters after conducting a
yoga camp.

Over 20,000 people attended the camp which was
organised at Ambedkar stadium.

Baba Ramdev said he would continue his campaign for
making India free of corruption, casteism, communalism,
terrorism and other ills, and adding that he would neither
contest elections nor participate in active politics.

Reiterating his view on Telangana issue, Ramdev wanted
the Centre to respect the sentiments of the people of the
region and demanded for making Telangana a separate state.

"The Centre should make its stand clear on Telangana
issue and come out with a early decision in the matter," he
