Rajahmumndry: A constable allegedly committed suicide by consuming pesticide in Rajaomandi mandal of East Godavari district, police said on Sunday.
Under tension after being served a memo by his senior, constable Srinivas, attached to Jeddangi police station, consumed the poisonous substance last night, police said.
The case was being investigated, police said.
