Hyderabad: A special court Monday dismissed a petition by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a narco test on jailed member of parliament YS Jaganomhan Reddy and his aide Vijay Sai Reddy in an illegal assets case.
The CBI had filed the petition last month, saying the accused were not cooperating in the investigations.
