Hyderabad: A local court on Saturday remanded
Vijay Raghava, a senior official of the Emaar Hill Township
Pvt Ltd (EHTPL) to judicial custody till January 30 in
connection with the Emaar-APIIC case.
"We would like to clarify that one of the associates
of EHTPL was called for inquiry (by CBI). He (Raghava) has
been remanded to judicial custody till Monday. As always EHTPL
continues to cooperate with the investigating agency," EHTPL,
which is a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Andhra
