To attract more youths to join its ranks, the Air Force will inaugurate a publicity pavilion at the Hyderabad airport on Sunday.
New Delhi: To attract more youths to join its ranks, the Air Force will inaugurate a publicity pavilion at the Hyderabad airport on Sunday.
"The inauguration of Facilitation cum Publicity Cell (FCP) Pavilion will be held tomorrow at Hyderabad Airport by Air Force Academy Commandant Air Marshal RG Burli," an IAF release said.
Amongst initiatives taken by the IAF for induction publicity, a major step was to enhance its presence at major airports.
The IAF pavilion at Terminal-3 IGI airport in Delhi, set up in October 2012, proved to be a success and it receives a considerable number of visitors on daily basis.
The FCP has a host of features to attract the target group as it houses an LCA aircraft model, one electronic display unit and an online information I-pad.
