Hyderabad: The YSR Congress Party of
Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would hold its first plenary
session on July eight and nine.
The fledgling outfit would announce its policies on
various issues like separate Telangana after the plenary here,
party leader K Rama Krishna told reporters here.
He was speaking after a meeting of the party`s Central
Governing Council which was chaired by Jagan.
The party had earlier announced that the plenary would
be held at the YSR family estate at Idupulapaya in Kadapa
YSR Congress` membership drive would start in another
10 days and it would continue for about a month, he said.
Demanding that the Congress Government take steps to
provide relief to the farmers agitating for minimum support
price, the party has announced that it would step up its
protests over the issue in the coming days.
