Land in AP district handed over to Waqf Board

Authorities of the Ranga Reddy district on Sunday handed over 35 acres of land in favour of the Waqf Board.

Hyderabad: Authorities of the Ranga Reddy
district on Sunday handed over 35 acres of land in favour of the
Waqf Board.

The 35 acres land in Hayatnagar mandal is part of a total
of 85 acres of government land which belonged to the Baba
Sharifuddin dargah. The other 50 acres was given earlier.

The Joint Collector of Ranga Reddy district handed over
the land to the Minister for Minorities Welfare Mohd
Ahmadullah here.

MIM floor leader in the assembly Akbaruddin Owaisi and
other MLAs of his party were present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Ahmadulla appreciated the
initiative and guidance of the MIM floor leader in
safeguarding the Waqf land.
