Hyderabad: In what could embarrass the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen, a party leader was on Tuesday accused of raping a minor girl in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh.
According to a news channel, the Class X student has alleged that the leader has been molesting her for the past three-four months.
She later informed her family members about the incident, who approached an NGO, which further took them to police, said a news channel.
Police have filed a case and the probe is underway.
