Hyderabad: In a major embarrassment for the Hyderabad municipal corporation officials, a nude photo of porn star Sunny Leone appeared on the civic body's website and remained there for quite sometime despite serious efforts to remove it.
The corporation officials were left red-faced when it came to their notice that a nude image of Sunny Leone had appeared on their website's main page and several link pages.
As per ToI, the picture of the porn actress had first flashed on the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Cooperation's (GHMC) offsite real time monitoring system (ORST), which tracks the movement of garbage trucks in the city.
However, the trouble does not end here. The picture continued to appear on other link pages even after the technical team removed it from the main page and the ORST.
The technical team which manages the website worked on the issue through the day, said the ToI report.
A GHMC official was quoted as saying that since the site is maintained by the Centre for Good Governance (CGG) and the onus lies with it.
It could not be confirmed till Monday evening whether the site was hacked or had been tampered with by some one within the corporation.
