Sangareddy (AP): An engine of an Aurangabad
bound passenger train derailed near Kohir railway station in
Medak district of Andhra Pradesh in the wee hours Wednesday.
The Hyderabad-Aurangabad passenger derailed soon after it
left Kohir railway station at 01:30 hours, police said.
However, no causalities were reported in the incident.
The stranded passengers were transported to Zaheerabad
in Andhra Pradesh and Bidar railway station in Maharashtra in

today and the Bangalore-Nanded Express was diverted.
Senior Railway officers of South Central Railway reached
the spot and have and taken up the works to clear the line.
